Your information.

What we collect. When you use the enquiry form we receive the details you type: the package you are interested in, your name, company, role, email address, phone number if given, budget range if chosen, and your message. The form also records the time it was opened, which we use only to reject automated submissions.

Why. To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to keep in touch about partnership and content opportunities. We do not sell or share your details with anyone outside the team and the agency that operates this website on its behalf.

Where it goes. Enquiries are emailed to the team's commercial inbox and kept for as long as the conversation is live, then for a reasonable period afterwards in case it resumes. You can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing contact@claphamnorthmot.co.uk.

Cookies and third parties. This site sets no cookies of its own and loads no analytics. Fonts are served from this domain. Where a video example is embedded from YouTube it uses privacy-enhanced mode and loads only when you press play; YouTube's own privacy policy applies from that point.
